		<description>The simple dollar looked at these a few days ago and made a good point that if you are borrowing money from family you should get it in writting.  It is probably worth checking out.  &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Having a good credit card in case of emergencies is definitely a good idea if you can avoid using it, but if you are in this situation you have probably been using it.</description>
