		<description>In January, other blogs were claiming the Electric Orange accounts would be available to everyone in February.  Now February is almost over, and the account is still only available to select customers.&lt;br/&gt;Now, you are saying it will be available sometime in March.  Do you know this for fact, or is that speculation?</description>
