That is untill i learn that they had turned down offeres of 30K-35K becuase they have this illusion that they are worth more.<br/><br/>Another friend even went as far as saying he would not accept any job unless it pays 40K plus. After six months or so of this stupid thinking he accepted a desk job for 28K. <br/><br/>Everyone thinks they are a big shot out of school until reality hits them. It wasn't until I started managing that I realized how valuable (and rare) it was to have an employee who cared about his work.
