		<description>Good advice, however I see a conflict of ideas here.  Shop-online requires internet (cost), also requires credit card to purchase (cut it all up?).  And why not pay utilities with credit card so you can get back 1% or more in term of cash back?  If you can afford to pay off the monthly bill, then why not keep them?  Atleast your credit will be in good standing when you decide to purchase a house.  Unless you are loaded with cash in the bank??????</description>
