Letting go of old and bad habits, poor choices and decision-making, unnecessary purchases and acquisitions, and most importantly, letting go of things you have little to no skill for or control over. Letting go means avoiding lots of money outlay over time, spending less time worrying over things, more space, more energy, and just MORE. Less really IS more.
