This is helpful information. I’ve been earning an abysmal interest rate on an interest-bearing checking account, and have been meaning to look for other options. I want the cash to be very liquid, so I really don’t want to get into CDs. It’s too bad that ING is no longer competitive – they were on my short list. Thanks for the post.
