I found your article Interesting, however, I would suggest that people should find a cheaper way of living in order to stay out of debt. For example, public transportation is more affordable than driving a car (and it is better for the environment!). I myself don't drive (I live in a city with a great transit system) so I consider cars and any related expenses extraneous and just ridiculous!!

On another hand, I am a student at a University and I am facing mounds of student loans upon graduation. If there is one blunder of your article it is the "catch all" claim that no responsible individual should ever have to go into debt. Student loans result from parents who were unable to save for their child's education and an 18-year-old certainly has not had the chance to save enough for their own education (unless you're one of the Olsen Twins).

i'll go along with the "pay cash" approach, but for example some people cannot buy medical insurance, so if they break their neck, they go into debt. most of your posts gloss over leading causes of debt. getting green entails nuance, which is why i criticize this blog.

Avoiding ever having to go into debt isnt that easy, it takes time and discipline to finally do so.

You can start by getting
secured/Unsecured credit cards, mortgages and loans to rebuild credit.

There are now lenders offering
poor credit loans, as one way of rebuilding credit.

I recommend this
credit card reviews of lenders offering
bad credit creditcard, and
poor credit financing, to people looking for cards for bad credit
