		<description>While your advice is probably pretty good if you are already in moderate shape I doubt my knees would like 60 minutes of cardio over normal terain.  The running machines (not treadmills) are much more gentle on my joints.  Also having that sauna to relax in afterward is great thing.  Don&#039;t join the gym just to get exercise, make sure you can enjoy exercising there.  &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;My wife and I joined our local gym back in January when I realized that it is subsidized by the local community association.  It only costs us $80 a month.  We have gone two or three times a week since then.  It has been very reasuring to watch both my weight and % body fat decrease as my stamina increases.</description>
