I avoided the bigger places with the sales ads/small print hassle and walked into a local appliance place, knowing exactly what washer I wanted and low and behold, there it sat right in the show room. Long story short, I was in and out of there in 10 minutes and the washer was delivered and set up the next day, and they hauled the old one off, no hassle, all very professionally done and at a decent price. Pays to do your homework ahead of time. Hey, it worked for me.
