Amazon.com is easily the number one online retailer. They sell just about everything there is to sell, from Segways to Books to Groceries. Because of the Amazon Marketplace, you can easily get your favorite books and DVDs for just a few dollars a piece. Amazon usually has great prices anyway, excellent customer service, and decent shipping rates. They’re pretty much the Wal-Mart of internet based commerce, and they’ve done a lot of things right. If you frequently make purchases from Amazon.com, here’s a way that you can get an additional 1.57% off on your purchases.

In order to get this discount, you must already have an amazon.com account, but you’ll need one anyway if you plan on ordering products from Amazon.com. You’ll need to sign onto your account and then search for the product that you want through the “A9” search in the upper right hand corner of the page.

Unfortunately the discount doesn’t always show up. It might take a few days for the discount to show up at first, but eventually, a little logo with A9 and then pi/2 % will come up, giving you a discount of 1.57%. Once the logo is up there, you can click through and get the discount.
The discount isn’t spectacular, but it’s better than nothing. If you can get a little bit off of your purchase, why not go ahead and take it?
