		<description>I also agree that a cup of coffee is more beneficial to your health than harmful.  There is definitely a time to stop throwing down the cups, but overall it is not as bad as what you may think.  The key is just knowing your limits and not overindulging on the stuff.  Anyone can crack the addiction.</description>

		<description>Actually, a cup of coffee in the morning is good for you...a 12 pack of Mountain Dew, not so good.  I am not saying coffee is good for everyone, but it has been shown to help prevent a few diseases, among other things.</description>
