your obviously aquainted with Verizon. With at&t/T-mobile and there may be more, you can swap sim cards and power on the phone and your good to go. Current ins prices are 4.99-5.99 and 50$ deductible. The store i work for now has an even weirder one where you pay a 79,89,or99 $ deposit up front, no deductible/monthly fee, BUT its covered for 1 year or one claim, which ever comes first, the replacement phone is a brand new one out of our safe/ not a refurb. BUT they kinda play on the idea that it might not break in a year. Or more likely in the second. You can renew if you havent used it in the first year with another79 89 or 99 deposit (so your looking at 158-198, to be covered) Not good if you never use it, but to be honest i would prolly loose mine after 11 months then renew. that way i know im covered through my contract and its like getting a brand new phone once a year.
