Moving is one of the most emotionally and physically taxing experiences that we can have. Sometimes, it can just be overwhelming. The last thing you need is for your moving van to break down, potentially endangering your life! For this very reason, you should avoid using a U-Haul vehicle whenever you need to move.

U-Haul has had a number of safety issues in their vehicle fleet that have actually put people’s lives at risk. The LA Times recently reported that U-Haul has had a major lack of proper safety checks and maintenance for years. In addition, their vehicle fleet is a lot older than some of their competitors, so their vehicles just aren’t as reliable. The Times also reported that many people have been seriously injured because the U-Haul fleet has not been well maintained!
