But I can;t help but feel heartless to so many people who borrowed more money than they could afford to pay. In your opinion, what do you think about the rental market? My house will be paid off in 2 years and I thought I would buy a house after it is paid off and let it be a renter, through a real estate agency... basically letting that income pay that house off. is the renters market better now that the housing market is bad?
