Or I should say we each have our own non accountability &quot;fun&quot; money in our cash/ envelope.  We can blow it on a BIG NIGHT OUT... or make it last through the entire allocated time.  It&#039;s up to us.  I don&#039;t know why... but this really worked for us!</description>
