		<description>Great article.  The not utilizing technology part is what I see the most with the IT support that we provide.  You&#039;d be surprised at the businesses that don&#039;t have that down and that are one server crash away from losing their entire business.  Also a timely subject because I&#039;ve been thinking of new business ideas with my wife and I know that we can come up with the best idea in the world for a new business, but without a plan for making it happen in a sustainable way, its doomed to fail.

		<description>It&#039;s like a recipe for disaster. Our family restaurant seems to have gotten 4 out of 5 of those mistakes. There wasn&#039;t any real planning done at all. My father thought he could support the restaurant with just his passion and zeal for food but not even that is present right now. There is no strong and stable management force for the restaurant either. It operates everyday, on its own. Just reading this post makes it quote easy for me to pinpoint where we went wrong.</description>
