This article resonated with me. I am considering pushing legislation to make the much needed Basic Finance a standard requirement for graduation. I am looking to plug into others with the same passion in this area since I was told by my State Representative to put together a plan and a curriculum. I like the idea of making the ‘not so fun’ things fun while learning so I really like the idea of this book. I also like the idea of implementing the use of things like the Cash Flow game and reading Rich Dad, Poor Dad as other materials for learning.

My son took a personal finance class in High School and all he was taught was how to get a car loan and check his credit report. I have had to teach him everything else.
