Jared, I pack super healthy homemade food that I made at home, for a fraction of the cost of a fatty fast food meal.

Yesterday I had:

Homemade tomato soup (made with organic tomatos I got on super sale for .10 cents a pound- I bought 15 pounds and froze them, and have been making soups, chili, sauces, etc from them ever since...)

Spinach quiche, made from sale organic eggs (.99 cents/dozen on about to expire markdown), sale cheese brought in bulk and frozen, spinach, super sale organic onions, and ham leftover from Easter.

fruit salad made with strawberries, grapes, and a bit of yogurt.

I spent about 2.50 on this meal by combining sales, stocking my pantry up, and using what I had on hand. Way better than fast food, way better than Wendy's. And pretty healthy if I do say so!

Great tips!

Sure if you eat assholes and earlobes packed in a brown bag every day you can save money, but if you're trying to pack a balanced diet of Healthy food, it's even more expensive.

Second, Buying bottled water is a waste of money, buy a water bottle and a brita filter considering most bottled water comes from municipal taps.

For someone telling people how to save money you don't seem to have a clue about the subject.
