It burns me every month that I have to sit down and manually write a check, find an envelope, walk it down to the office.... How spoiled are we in this computer age. Since the first of the month falls on any given day of the week, and I never receive any type of reminder to pay the rent as I do my other bills, it would be nice to know that I could put a credit card on file and have the bill paid.
