I'm still finding out more about how mortgage works, since I'm planning to have a house of my own. I already got referrals of the best mortgage brokers (Edmonton), and I'm very sure that they'll help me find my dream home.

I think that every one should be fully informed of what they are getting into when they apply for a loan. Also I cant believe they keep making it harder to get a mortgage loan. Pretty soon people aren’t going to be able to qualify at all
