Those are excellent tips on saving up for college! For some kids, it's a completely new slate, while others have gone to college because their friends are going to the same school, too. Well, we can't blame 'em for wanting to be with their friends forever. Anyway, those who are looking forward to living in a dorm should know their roommates and their neighbors. This is for building trust among your new peers.

Good advice, but there is a problem with #3. If students wait to see what their professors require and then go out to buy their books there is 0 chance that they will be able to find their books used. So they might find there is a book or two they don't need, but they will pay at least 50% more for all of their other books because they are buying them new.
