Repurpose Your Home Video & Audio For Any Use
In the last thirty years we’ve moved from recording personal video with old-style reel video to BetaMax and VHS to DVD, and now to digital formats. You might have videos in all sorts of formats and have no idea how to make them useable because they’re in all sorts of different formats. There’s a new piece of software that I’ve had a chance to use which has made these conversion issues a thing of the past.
I had some VHS tapes I wanted to re-encode into modern DivX video for use on my computer, and Blaze Media Pro was able to handle it like a charm. I hooked my VHS into the TV Tuner card on my computer, recorded the video in a raw format, and then Blaze was able to turn it into a mix of DivX video and MP3 audio so that I could send it to my friends and family as well as upload it to YouTube.
This DVD Software can literally convert just about anything to just about anything else. Blaze supports the following audio formats: CD, MP3, WAV, WMA, OGG, MPEG-4, AIFF, M4A, AAC, AC3, FLAC, and ALAC. The following video formats are also supported: MPEG-1, MPEG-2, AVI, WMV, ASF, Flash (SWF and FLV), iPod, PSP, 3GP, and MOV. There are also options for VCD, SVCD, and DVD video creation. If you’re dealing with CD audio, you can even add in information from CDDB so that the name of the songs and artists appear in your car’s CD player. This is definitely one of the most fully featured MOV Converters around.
Blaze has a bunch of very useful editing features to get only the part of the video you’re looking for, including cropping, resizing, rotating, mirroring, flipping, trimming, and text overlays to name a few. There are also thirty effects which you can use to enhance your video.
A lot of video encoder and editing software is very difficult to pickup for a beginner, but Blaze has a done a great job providing help and documentation so that anyone who can use a computer can dive right in and import and edit videos.
