I have had a Citi Prepaid Visa for about 3 yrs now, (for direct deposit). Never had any probs, but, I never recieved or have heard of “ThankYou Network rewards …” Must be a cheap scam!!!! Go figure. And, Just remember Nothing is free, and nothing is just givin away, you will pay for it sooner or later; One way or another.
