		<description>My engagement ring cost less than one biweekly paycheck. If you move away from the plain bands with giant diamonds on them, you can get something much prettier, but is cheaper because it has several smaller stones.

Mine is a half or three quarter (can&#039;t remember) man made sapphire set in a vintage style band and set with 34 diamond chips. Those chips sparkle like crazy and the gorgeous perfect blue of my sapphire trumps a diamond any day.</description>
