I stopped smoking over the weekend and it is starting to affect me today. My mate keeps saying I probably will not do it however I’m so sure on this I can’t fail. This morning I began experianceing discomfort in my lower stomach and I seriously need a drag. I will never give into the craving as I’m making this effort for our little one. I’m lucky to have the e-cigarette. It is often very useful in my opinion.

Firstly, I truly consider this post a great deal of what I have been weighing up for a good number of weeks. On the one hand, I agree with most things you are writing but others might consider, can’t we perhaps see such circumstances from the eyes of the people who are involved, more so than solely looking at it from our own sheltered perspective. In whichever location on this earth you will get things you like, and things you are not too keen on. The key is to just gain acceptance of the fact that it just the way it is and not to be drawn in to all the media frenzy which encompasses it. I truly believe in this particular case, that is exactly what has occurred, although I may possibly be wrong. I would very much like to get others’ views on this issue.
