Most people wouldn't be in such a dire debt position if they had established and followed a household budget plan prior to this international/global crisis. As they say, it's never too late....Some preach "pay yourself first" is the best route to financial freedom while others are adamant that credit card debt must be addressed first. Either way, knowing WHERE to place your budgeted investment dollars can also be daunting.
