I think the summer of 2010 will be the summer of “coconut water”. Many new brands rushing to the market but all in all the are all made in the same place with a different package. So it will boil down to price.

Even if it IS full of fat (the coconut milk that is, not the water) just look at regular milk, and how much people love that! I still think coconut juices make for a great beverage.
