Its a shame naturally organic products are always so expensive! I find it hard to believe the price warrants the cost! Its always about big business and bigger profits!

I dont know what to say. This blog is fantastic. Thats not really a huge statement, but its all I could come up with after reading this. You know so much about this subject. So much so that you made me want to learn more about it. Your blog is my stepping stone, my friend. Thanks for the heads up on this subject.

I agree with Bob. Vita coco is so much better for you and does not contain any processed unhealthy ingredients

I love Coconut water and all of the nutritional benefits associated with it, however I'm not a huge fan of Zico or O.N.E and I believe Vita Coco has the best taste. Not only are you getting the electrolytes your body needs, but a taste you like and more potassium than a banana.

I think the summer of 2010 will be the summer of "coconut water". Many new brands rushing to the market but all in all the are all made in the same place with a different package. So it will boil down to price.

Even if it IS full of fat (the coconut milk that is, not the water) just look at regular milk, and how much people love that! I still think coconut juices make for a great beverage.
