		<description>46 million people without health insurance should be enough to have reform but opponents are so vested in their special interests to see otherwise.  I&#039;m sure there is a pervasive attitude of &quot;Well, it&#039;s not me or anyone I know so it&#039;s really not that big of a deal.&quot;  I hope whatever is passed - if it gets passed - leads to real change.  We are certainly in need of it.&lt;br&gt;Jerry</description>
