I am going through the same problem. They are foreclosing on my house and I don’t even have my mortgage with Bank of America. This is a big mistake by Bank of America since the house that should be in foreclosure is my neighbor’s house. Unfortunately, the title company put my address on his Deed. We’ve been trying to get this fix and Bank of America is not responding. If they don’t fix this on time there will be another lawsuit on their list
