			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><a title="Money Under 30" href="http://www.moneyunder30.com/carnival-personal-finance-208-lobster-roll-edition" target="_blank">Money Under 30</a> hosts this week&#8217;s Carnival of Personal Finance, with the &#8220;Lobster Roll Edition&#8221;.  Apparently in Maine, there is a 60-foot Lobster Roll on a flat bed truck looking to beat the Guinness World Record.  I wonder how many lobsters were involved in the creation of that thing?  (Don&#8217;t know how many, but various news reports indicate it took 45 pounds of lobster and 4 gallons of Miracle Whip, some herbs and seasonings&#8230; and an amazing 60-foot roll to hold it all in) If anyone finds a link to a photo of this amazing creation, leave a comment!</p>
